By participating in Kinglake Junior Football Club activities, events, and using our website (www.kinglakejfc.org.au), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Participation and Membership

• Membership is subject to registration and payment of applicable fees.

• Parents/guardians must ensure players meet age requirements and attend with appropriate gear.

2. Code of Conduct

All players, families, and spectators must adhere to the AFL Junior Codes of Conduct. Breaches may result in disciplinary action.

3. Payments and Sponsorships

• All fees and sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Sponsorship agreements must be confirmed in writing and approved by the Committee.

4. Website and Social Media Use

• Content on our platforms is for community use only. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

• Inappropriate comments may be moderated or removed.

5. Photography and Media

By registering, you consent to the use of photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing.
