At Kinglake Junior Football Club, we want you to be happy with your purchases. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns and exchanges.

1. Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds are only provided if required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items).

• Change of mind returns are not accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached

• Proof of purchase is required

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at committee@kinglakejfc.org.au with your order details and reason for return.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
